What People Are Saying About HubSpot

Generally, I am very satisfied with this CRM. Easy to setup and use and works all the time. Hubspot CRM is very easily integrated with internet browsers, email providers and to the entire workflow of the company. Some features are a little hard to use or get used to. Such is the setting up of the outgoing email and I can't check my incoming mail directly in the CRM.

I use it everyday, it's a great tool to work with! Easy to learn and very scalable.

I have been using HubSpot for many years and can't imagine doing my job without it. It enables my team and I to do exponentially more, in a much more sophisticated fashion, than we otherwise could. From email templates, to A/B testing capabilities, to email automations, to social media publishing, to aggregated analytics--it really is an "all in one" solution. I actually sort of "live" in HubSpot! ;)

I have been using Hubspot for the past few years and have experience with other marketing automation tools in my role as a head of marops at various companies. Hubspot is hands down the best tool for SMB and Enterprise businesses, especially for B2B. It is user-friendly, intuitive, and highly customizable. I am looking forward to the new product features on their roadmap!

I like that HubSpot has everything in one place. You can connect the Sales, Service and Marketing Team all together and can have detailed reporting for every department. Moreover, it's great to track your potential customers and their behaviors so that everyone is on the same page with you. Sometimes the pricing and product limits are confusing. I have realized they change some of the packages from time to time, and it's difficult for me to catch up on which feature was in where. I know that they have a huge number of customers, but feeling the lack of an account manager for any sort of problem makes you feel alone while trying to figure out what your problem is.
