There was quiet a bit of work that went into going online but the final product is working very well for us. We also received great pricing on our Credit Card Processing, which was a significant added bonus. TouchBistro is easily one of the best POS systems out there for restaurants. It's super easy to use and there are so many customizable settings. I love that they have 24/7 tech support. We had an issue with the app crashing on the main device the first day we got the system and within a few hours the issue was fixed with a patch. Highly recommend.
