I have only had positive experiences with AHS- have used them several times. Only once was there a disconnect and the vendor did not show up- AHS was very apologetic when I called about it and changed me to a different contractor and their response was great. I was always leary about the idea of home warranty companies but have been so satisfied with AHS I not have contracts with them on both of my homes

We've had this policy for over 2 yrs. This was the first time we used it. Put in the service request and require payment online (per my contract), and was contacted by the plumber the same day (to schedule the appointment). He came out first thing Monday and fixed the problem quickly. Having this policy gives us peace of mind regarding our home.

America Home Shield and Complete Air Mechanical did a great job. I had some issues with the previous company who did not do a very good job at all and did not handle this in a professional way. I called and complained about the service and AHS stepped up to the plate and did an investigation into the problem and realized that it needed to be corrected the right way. I appreciate the professionalism of AHS and Complete Air Mechanical. The AC guys James and Chris did an incredible job and got the AC/heat running again. Thank you guys and Thank you American Home Shield Kudos to Rebecca, Michele, Lisa, and Sonia. I now have a better understanding about my home warranty, it is worth it to get coverage. I highly recommend American Home Shield.
