When I called the service number I heard Stax not Payment Depot when the operator answered. I left my number so that a representative could call me back. I received a call back from Tonya Baadkar and she explained that Stax had bought out Payment Depot. I explained my situation and she explained what I needed to do and sent me an email link to where I needed to go. After filling out the paperwork, emailing it in, and receiving confirmation I seemed finished. Then I remembered the small chip reader that I needed to send back.
